Dominating Blackpool Promenade is the 518-foot Tower, an undercover playground with floor upon floor of incredible adventures from the all-action coloured ball pools of Jungle Jim's to the grace and glamour of the beautiful Victorian ballroom. At the top of theTower you can step out onto the "Walk of Faith," where a portion of the floor has been replaced with clear reinforced glass offering visitors a magnificent view 320feet down!!!
Travelers can walk along the promenade and the well known Golden Mile, past the Sandcastle Waterworld, the Sealife Centre and Louis Tussaud's Waxworks. Also take a leisurely walk along the resort's three piers or admire the huge sculptures and beautiful artworks on New South Promenade - including the world's largest mirrorball!
Stanley Park is a quieter option, away from the excitement of the waterfront. It has formal gardens, fountains and boating lake. You cannot miss a wild day out at Blackpool Zoo, or an afternoon looking at the delights of the Model Village.
Shoppers should visit the town centre just behind the Tower which offers a wide range of High Street names, an indoor market and specialist shops.
Blackpool's nightlife has theatres, live shows and fun pubs including Britain's biggest superclub The Syndicate.
