Located in the centre of the Cote-D'Or and capital of Burgundy, the city of Dijon is renowned for its spicy mustard as well as excellent wine and cheese.

Dijon's most famous buildings are the three central churches, built one after the other for three distinct parishes. The Musee des Beaux-Arts, in an old palace, boasts a magnificent collection of 14th and 19th century French paintings and sculptures. Visitors cannot miss the Musee de la Moutarde, where you can learn about the history of mustard.
There is a wide variety of restaurants in which you can try the famous Dijon mustard on fabulous dishes, as well as the delicious wine and cheese of the Burgundy region.
Dijon has hot summers and cold winters. The best time to visit the city is in autumn.
